BLACKMORE TECHNOLOGY GROUP LIMITED

Blackmore Technology Group Limited

Based in Grand Forks, British Columbia, Blackmore Technology Group Limited is developing a connected technology and economic system centred on Bit Trade Global: a stock-market-style exchange for qualifying data assets and inventions. The ambition is that valuable data, algorithms and executable knowledge can have their own asset identity, market disclosures, ticker symbols and—notwithstanding applicable legal requirements—tradable commercial or investment interests. BTDU, ADAM, ENTITY, NIKI, DataChips, Genomes and FarmNodes form the research and rights architecture; Bridge supports permissioned data participation.

COMPANY PURPOSE

Our vision and mission

OUR VISION

Make valuable knowledge usable with confidence.

BTG envisions a future in which research results, useful data and executable technologies can be discovered, assessed and adopted with understandable provenance, rights and evidence—not just held inside isolated systems.

OUR MISSION

Build, test and connect the technology.

Blackmore Technology Group Limited develops computational research infrastructure, reusable software capabilities, knowledge-preservation systems and controlled data-rights workflows. We work to make invention more reproducible, permissions clearer and technology more practical to integrate.

OUR APPROACH

Evidence before claims.

We distinguish concepts, local research results, device-qualified capabilities, commercial services and legally authorized financial offerings. We publish bounded results and unresolved limitations while keeping confidential customer data and proprietary implementation protected.

THE FOUNDING ECONOMIC MODEL

A stock market focused on the value of data assets

THE INVESTMENT IDEA

Bit Trade Global's distinct ambition is to make qualifying data assets and inventions identifiable economic subjects around which investment products can be created—not merely sell access to datasets.

THE REAL STRUCTURE

A rights-qualified asset can support a dedicated issuer whose principal business is its commercial development. That issuer may offer defined shares or another legally classified security, subject to actual law, contracts and approvals.

THE LONG-TERM MARKET

Investors could evaluate demand and future potential for that specific asset, with instrument tickers, disclosures and eligible trading. The financial claim belongs to the legal security, not to the underlying raw data or a cryptographic token.

This is an engineered proposal. The current system has development software, sample legal terms and simulated order matching; it does not claim completed public securities authorization. Read investment instrument terms and disclosures →

Section 01 / 05

The economic problem we are working to solve

A tested algorithm can be valuable to several industries even when its inventor has not built a complete software company. An industrial dataset may support a new method while remaining confidential. A research result may be difficult to reproduce once the specific source version, negative experiments and test environment disappear. Companies traditionally receive most of the economic recognition for such work, while the underlying asset is often hard to describe, govern or contract for independently.

BTG is researching a more continuous pathway: retain the exact useful work, test it reproducibly, identify permitted rights, make its commercial uses discoverable and allow appropriate businesses to form around proven demand. This does not replace existing intellectual-property, corporate or securities law.

Section 02 / 05

What BTG develops and controls

The research stack includes NIKI CGSI-SI, virtual FarmNodes, BTDU knowledge preservation, DataChips and AI Chips, executable Circuits, reconstructable Genomes and developer tooling. ENTITY addresses identities, provenance and documented rights; ADAM enforces scoped state changes; the Transaction Fabric connects evidence-bearing events. BTG Command is intended for authorized technical diagnostics and support.

Bit Trade Global is the commercial asset-rights and prospective investment-market concept. BTG Bridge is the separate consent-driven source and destination interface. Both use the shared evidence and governance architecture but have different purposes. A visitor should not have to confuse data onboarding with a stock-exchange transaction.

Section 03 / 05

How we distinguish research from commercial readiness

Local engineering results are documented at the scope they actually establish. The whitepaper’s 65,536-case sensor algorithm result demonstrates a bounded repair and execution chain. It is not a claim that every component is production qualified, that multiple research institutions independently certified the design or that a regulated securities market is operating.

The governing principle is that a signature proves which key signed a record; a hash proves exact data integrity; a scientific test supports specific behaviour; a signed contract supports a defined legal obligation; and a bank receipt supports a financial payment. None replaces the other. Public statements should preserve those distinctions.

Section 04 / 05

Proprietary technology and public understanding

Implementation source code, sensitive algorithms and protected system details remain proprietary. Public explanations can still be serious and useful: describe why each capability exists, what outputs and assumptions it relies on, where rights come from, how an independent reviewer can interpret its evidence and what is not yet available.

This separation allows researchers, businesses and communities to evaluate the proposal without implying that private repositories are open source or that disclosure of protected customer information is a condition of participation.

Section 05 / 05

The role of Grand Forks and British Columbia

A globally useful computing method does not have to originate in a large financial centre. BTG’s regional base gives particular relevance to forestry, agriculture, manufacturing, terrain, infrastructure, rural accessibility and public safety. Potential local participation includes specialist research, training, software services and institutional evaluation.

Such opportunities are invitations to independently examine the technology and market thesis, not claims of municipal approval, government contracts, local job totals or future investor returns. Public interest requires real technical outcomes and ordinary procurement and governance safeguards.
