BIT TRADE GLOBAL / EXCHANGE

The data stock exchange explained

Bit Trade Global is designed as a stock-market-style exchange for qualifying data assets and the inventions derived from them. The market architecture includes named issuers, ticker symbols, detailed asset and instrument information sheets, bid-and-ask order books, price discovery, trades, holdings and auditable ledger history. Its commercial-use, transferable-rights and investment instruments have distinct legal rules.

How data becomes a share-like investment offering

BTG's engineering includes a distinct I-class investment instrument, not only U-class data licences or A-class transferable intellectual-property rights. Its reference implementation explicitly stages proposals classified as SHARE, DEBT, FUND_INTEREST or OTHER_REGULATED_SECURITY against a named data asset, legal issuer and instrument terms.

The flagship legal design takes a specific robotics data asset, DCO-000001 — Robotics Failure & Recovery Dataset, and proposes a dedicated operating issuer that holds verified rights to exploit it. Subject to actual corporate and securities authorization, the issuer could offer ordinary participating shares to eligible investors. Shareholders would own securities of that asset-focused issuer, gaining exposure to its potential growth—not fractional ownership of the raw dataset.

After lawful issuance, an eligible market could provide its own investment ticker, order book, bids, offers and secondary pricing for those shares. Share price, dataset appraisal, data-licence price and issuer enterprise value are different figures. The current software supports candidate proposals and sandbox order matching; it does not issue real securities, move investor funds or operate a live securities venue.

Stock-exchange mechanics: from data ticker to executed order

1. Asset admission: a defined dataset, algorithm or invention is documented, technical provenance checked, issuer authority reviewed and its legal instrument classified. 2. Listing: a ticker, issuer profile, asset information page, rights passport and public disclosures describe precisely what the instrument represents. 3. Price discovery: market participants may enter limit buy and sell orders for that instrument; the order book shows eligible bids and offers under applicable access rules. 4. Trading and settlement: a compatible order can match, generate an execution record, update holdings and produce verifiable ledger history, with any actual payment, rights transfer and settlement handled only through authorized services.

The intended investment proposition goes beyond selling a dataset once: a legally issued share in an asset-focused operating company, or another properly classified security, could give investors exposure to the future economic potential of a particular dataset or invention. Investors own the defined security of its issuer, not title to the dataset. No such right exists merely because a ticker or ledger entry is created, and the Exchange is not presented here as a currently authorized public securities trading venue.

What the Exchange represents

Bit Trade Global is being engineered as a stock-market-style trading venue for data assets and data-derived intellectual property. Qualifying datasets, algorithms, inventions and research outputs can have distinct tickers and issuer/instrument information pages. Exchange-style order books receive bids and offers, prices can emerge through supply and demand, and trades, holdings and ledger proofs can be recorded. The market remains subject to the legal authority appropriate to each instrument. The underlying asset is described independently of any legal contract created around it. An algorithm and the company that licensed it are not the same object, and a right to execute software is not a share in its creator.

Commercial and investment markets

U instruments describe permitted use of a defined capability, dataset or software service. A instruments concern genuinely transferable, specifically documented intellectual-property or data-related rights. A royalty, pooled-revenue or investment-return promise is not automatically an IP assignment and may require separate securities classification. I instruments involve legal financial or investment claims created through an issuer under securities law. Each class requires different underlying documents, transfer restrictions and suitability or eligibility rules.

How to inspect an asset

An asset information sheet identifies its technical subject, identifiable versions, provenance, permitted use, ownership assertions, encumbrances and test evidence. An issuer sheet separately identifies the legal entity, governance, filings and offering status where relevant. An instrument record identifies exactly what the holder is entitled to receive or do. A price is meaningful only in the context of an actual offering and available authority.

Trade and settlement model

A complete commercial lifecycle begins with qualified listing information and the rights grantor’s authority. It then proceeds through the applicable transaction rules, acceptance, payment through approved fiat rails, delivery or entitlement update, accounting and an auditable event history. Rights-ledger contract tokens are intended as evidence of a transaction or entitlement, not a general speculative exchange currency.

Current operational status

The public corporate site describes a proposed exchange model and illustrative app interfaces. It does not establish live securities trading, approved issuers, actual ticker admission or regulated market operation. Prospective participants can review the available information framework and request institutional discussions, but should not treat a candidate DCO record as an offer for sale.

Separate economic rights and the public record

The Exchange design differentiates commercial data-use licences, actual transferable asset assignments and separately regulated investment interests in an asset’s economic potential. October 20 evidence distinguishes the whitepaper’s two proposed robotics DCO assets from four source-linked sector FarmNode research artifacts. Six candidate instrument profiles were staged but remained unissued; none of those research records establishes an investment security, issuer authority or actual cleared payment. No legally authorized issuer offering, issued investment unit or settled trade was verified. A public GitHub page or instrument identifier is not itself proof of market authorization or settlement.

NIKI AI Council and FarmNode qualification

New 18:26 UTC audit: 114/114 defined local tests passed across nine suites, including the earlier 70 tests. The four zero-priced hosted model entries were catalogue-checked; no authenticated hosted model comparison was proven. Three sector baseline packs processed 25 original historic data observations, not 25 new inventions. Security gate tests passed, but there are still no independently enrolled physical FarmNodes.

Production status: HOLD. No completed 25-task autonomous invention qualification, no real hosted cross-model research qualification, no three independent attested physical FarmNodes, and no owner-signed ENTITY production or investment-issuance permission. Registry type designs are not deployed machines.
