Published 21 October 2026. Editorial research summary of actual bounded internal engineering evidence, not an independent external certification.
Blackmore Technology Group separates technical reproducibility from successful autonomous invention and from a lawfully authorized exchange. All three have different acceptance standards.
Backend testing
A 21 October local Windows receipt records 541 of 541 original Exchange backend tests passed, with zero failures across a 252-second local run. It also records that signed Apple native build, actual owner grants, independent physical hosts, exact-commit hosted CI and regulatory/fiat provider approval were not verified. The release flag therefore remained false.
NIKI positive and negative evidence
Historical constrained NIKI sensor execution matched 65,536 out of 65,536 input cases in its specified oracle test. In a distinct October 19 invention attempt, a newly generated sensor-consensus solution failed 57 of 65,536 exhaustive static cases and was rejected before execution or promotion. A separate Granby repair experiment also remained unqualified. These are research outcomes, not marketing labels.
Public data-rights disclosures
Two original technical source-byte-verified research assets and six staged candidate use/assignment/investment profiles were identified internally on October 20. None constitutes legal issuance or a settled market trade. Public asset descriptions must preserve those distinctions and link to source-rights evidence rather than imply a live securities exchange.
