Practical ways BTG's technologies could be evaluated—each presented as a proposed application, not a completed customer deployment or a claim that regulated use is already authorized.
A permitted agency or research group could combine approved weather, terrain, wildlife and infrastructure data to generate repeatable local evidence. A FarmNode would run the scoped analysis; BTDU would preserve the reference object; ENTITY would record provenance, permitted reuse and authorship. Success would require environmental measurement accuracy, versioned source licences, reproducible results and review by the actual data-rights holders.
02 · Emergency planning and public safety
Geospatial computations can inform simulated search routes, risk overlays or preparedness exercises. A pilot must never replace incident command, official mapping, qualified response protocols or real-time safety decisions without comprehensive independent field acceptance. Test requirements include offline operation, false-positive analysis, geographic accuracy and accessibility.
03 · Industrial robotics and fault research
A manufacturer could provide a rights-authorized non-sensitive fault dataset to an isolated research environment. DataChips could process sensor events; Circuit Genomes would record the approved processing pipeline; NIKI might propose candidate algorithms. An independent test suite would reject unqualified candidates before any operational use.
04 · Food systems and agricultural telemetry
With an authorized farm partner, governed sensor records could support irrigation research, soil monitoring or equipment anomaly detection. A working prototype would need accuracy and measurement units, seasonal holdout data, equipment security, legal access to farm records and validation before farm decisions are made from model outputs.
05 · Personal data permissions through BTG Bridge
A consumer-oriented connection could let an adult grant a narrow, time-limited permitted use of their own data. Successful evaluation requires provider compliance, clear informed consent, access logging, deletion/revocation flows and an explanation of what the data can and cannot be used for. No financial trading is implied by connecting an account.
06 · Rights-defined research licensing
An organization with proven title to a dataset or original algorithm could document an authorized contractual licence and track permitted derivation under ENTITY. The Rights Passport would describe actual, legally supported entitlements; it would not independently create title or securities. No unissued investment example should be presented as a completed trade.
How an evaluation would begin
A proposed pilot starts with the partner's problem, the rights they can lawfully grant, the specific input data, the environment in which it may be processed, measurable outcomes and a review of failure conditions. See the partnership framework or submit a scoped inquiry.
