Blackmore Technology Group: building the data stock exchange and its technology

Blackmore Technology Group Limited is the parent company engineering the technologies behind Bit Trade Global—a stock-market-style exchange for data and intellectual assets. NIKI, FarmNodes, BTDU, ADAM, ENTITY, DataChips and Genomes support data research, reusable invention, reconstruction and rights. Bit Trade Global provides the planned market layer for tickers, issuer disclosures, bid-and-ask trading, investment instruments and transaction histories. BTG Bridge provides the separate consent-controlled data connection pathway.

An asset-first investment economy, not just data licensing

Blackmore Technology Group's economic architecture proposes that a legally controlled dataset or invention can be the starting point for creating an investable enterprise. Rather than valuing the data only through an existing company's broad share price, the company can be built to commercialize a particular asset and lawfully issue its own shares or other approved investment instruments.

Bit Trade Global is designed to display the underlying asset, the legally responsible issuer, the exact financial claim, its ticker, outstanding units, risk disclosures and—when authorized—buy/sell market activity. An investment in a data-focused issuer is not an unrestricted purchase of the raw data, and a sandbox ticker is not a security issued to the public.

Company structure and responsibilities

Blackmore Technology Group Limited is the Grand Forks, British Columbia-based corporate parent. Founder Shawn Blackmore serves as CEO and Systems Developer. The operating structure described here identifies business functions rather than claiming unverified statutory director appointments.

Corporate & research

Company governance, engineering, NIKI, FarmNodes, BTDU, DataChip, Circuit Genomes, ENTITY and BSIE research.

Bit Trade Global Exchange

Information architecture for independent data assets, issuer records, rights-defined instruments and a potential legally authorized investment market. No operational securities exchange is claimed.

BTG Bridge

Separate permission-based connectivity and source-owner control, with explicit consent, provenance, permitted uses and revocation. Consumer deployment requires distinct qualification.

Corporate functions also include financial control, legal and privacy review, information security, product assurance, partnerships and external compliance. Completed appointments and legal authorities depend on signed corporate records, not this organizational description.

What BTG is developing for organizations

BTG is developing a pathway from a defined technical problem to a reproducible experiment, an executable component, a qualified research asset and—where ownership and the law permit—an independently priced commercial use or instrument. Potential engagement areas include bounded research evaluations, modular software development, provenance and data-rights analysis, and authorized integration pilots.

We begin with the actual objective, source permissions, applicable constraints and measurable success criteria. No page should be read as a promise of production availability, a data-purchase obligation or financial regulatory approval. The corporate enterprise

Blackmore Technology Group Limited is a technology business based in Grand Forks, British Columbia. Its research and product programme encompasses autonomous invention and reusable software, spatial computation, durable knowledge, digital provenance and permitted commercial use of technical assets. The company develops proprietary methods and applications for distinct scientific, industrial, field and institutional needs.

The company is the corporate point of reference for Bit Trade Global Exchange and BTG Bridge. Those names are not interchangeable: the Exchange describes a proposed asset-and-rights information marketplace; Bridge addresses controlled data connections and permissions. Their records, customer relationships and legal permissions must remain separate.

Technology ownership and operating boundaries

BTG retains its proprietary source repositories, algorithms, engineering methods and commercial implementation. Public technical explanations describe each layer’s function, interfaces in conceptual terms, qualification requirements and ownership principles without placing source code, internal credentials or restricted research records in the public domain.

A reproducible result can be explained without disclosing its confidential inputs or internal implementation. An owner’s documentation of a method likewise does not grant a recipient source-data access, a software licence or permission to commercialize the method.

Research, development and assurance

The company’s development programme includes NIKI research intelligence, BTDU knowledge infrastructure, ENTITY rights and provenance, ADAM authority controls, DataChips and Circuit Genomes, BSIE spatial systems and product-specific applications. Each is evaluated against a different objective: a research demonstration, executable component, device deployment, institutional integration and regulated financial service do not have the same acceptance standard.

A technical claim gains strength from named source versions, test environments, withheld cases and independently reproduced results. Actual product commitments depend on version-specific release qualification, service conditions and separate legal documentation.

Governance and institutional engagement

BTG’s public operating principles call for documented source authority, protected personal and institutional information, appropriate treatment of Indigenous data sovereignty, explicit economic rights, accountable automation and independent evaluation where consequential decisions are involved. Contractual and statutory authority originate outside a software ledger.

BTG identifies its appointed board members and officers, together with their governance responsibilities, on the About BTG leadership page. Corporate governance, statutory filings and technology evidence remain distinct from representations concerning unrelated partnerships, financing or product qualification.

Who should contact BTG

Manufacturers and research institutions can begin with a bounded operational problem and measurable evaluation criterion. Developers can discuss supported software interfaces and qualified deployment conditions. Government and community organizations can address rights, privacy, sovereignty and public-value assessment. Prospective commercial-rights partners should identify the asset, controlling party, requested use and decision authority.

A first conversation identifies relevant participants and potential next steps; material transfer, licensing, independent testing and any regulated offering require their own review and records.
