BIT TRADE GLOBAL / MARKET FRAMEWORK

How the data stock market is designed to work

Bit Trade Global's proposed exchange architecture is organized around individual data-asset listings and ticker symbols, issuers and instrument disclosures, bids and offers, limit-order books, matching, holdings, trade histories and ledger evidence. A legitimate market price requires real orders and rights-defined instruments; financial securities issuance and funds settlement require separate applicable legal and operator authority.

Primary share offerings and secondary trading are different stages

An asset-specific BTG investment begins with a real dataset or invention, a verified chain of rights and an appropriately constituted issuer. The planned primary offering would specify the number and class of securities, offering price, voting and dividend terms, dilution risk, permitted subscribers and use of proceeds. Bank-verified subscription funds, corporate approval and statutory registration would be required before the holder has legal shares.

Only after lawful issuance and separate marketplace authorization could the same instrument be eligible for an exchange-style secondary market, with an investment ticker, bids, offers, limit orders, holdings, executions and price discovery. The actual security price belongs to the issued class; it is not equivalent to the dataset's appraised value, licensing revenue or the amount of data stored.

The reference Exchange currently demonstrates issuer applications, instruments, market books and matching in a sandbox. Settlement modules explicitly return no cash finality and no rights delivery. A successful simulated match is not an executed investment trade.

Exchange-style market structure

Like an equity exchange, the proposed Bit Trade Global market separates asset admission, ticker identity, bids and offers, order matching, holdings, execution records and audit trails. It is different because the underlying economic subject is a qualifying dataset, invention or rights-defined capability rather than necessarily an operating company. A U licence is not an I investment security, and market-price discovery does not create lawful rights.

Market eligibility and asset admission

A rights-defined asset requires a competent grantor, identifiable version, lawful source information, defined contract class, permitted purpose, documented restrictions and technically intelligible delivery. High-value or sensitive material may require independent legal and technical review. Asset admission is not interchangeable with investment issuer admission.

Price discovery versus asset valuation

The possible value of a dataset or algorithm is different from a contracted licence price, internal research estimate, independently appraised value, company enterprise value or a regulated share price. Actual bids, accepted sales and market turnover must be recorded rather than synthesized from a valuation model.

The BTG engineering design has discussed a proposed commercial transaction schedule of 2.9% plus C$0.30. This is a proposal, not evidence of a current published live fee obligation or a proven net operating margin. Payment-processing and chargeback costs may consume a substantial portion of gross fees, particularly for low-value automated transactions.

Commercial transaction lifecycle

For a lawful commercial licence, the parties identify the asset and version, verify use authority, accept a specific rights contract, authorize payment through an approved fiat rail, provide the permitted access or deliverable, reconcile applicable receipts and preserve a signed or otherwise auditable contract event. A separate rights passport then describes the continuing entitlements, limits and revocation conditions.

BTG’s contract or transaction token concept is meant to evidence agreed rights and events. It is not intended as a speculative universal payment currency or as a substitute for bank settlement.

Investment securities require separate authority

A properly issued investment claim requires a legal issuer and a valid security, applicable offering documentation or exemption, proper sales or trading venue authority where required, investor-eligibility and resale restrictions, governance, records, custody and any lawful distributions. The existence of a marketplace software design does not satisfy those conditions.

The public material is not evidence of regulatory authorization, active brokerage or clearing and settlement services, investor onboarding, a live order book or realized investor returns.

Disputes, corrections and conduct

Commercial platform rules should provide processes for challenged title, expired access, incorrect provenance, failed delivery, contract termination, disputed accounting, fraud, abusive market behavior and preservation of relevant evidence. The right remedy depends on an actual legal agreement and jurisdiction. A proposed algorithmic workflow cannot guarantee dispute resolution without accountable people and governing documents.

Future market rulebooks should identify their effective date and whether they govern a live, authorized service. Until that point the system descriptions are a proposal for institutional and legal evaluation.
