BLACKMORE TECHNOLOGY GROUP LIMITED / KNOWLEDGE CAPITAL ECONOMY / OCTOBER 2026
PART XI · QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE SYSTEM. SPECIFIC ANSWERS.

Illustrative BTG visual for questions

A reader-first explanation of the technology, rights, markets, limits, evidence and participation pathway.

PLAIN-ENGLISH ANSWERS

Sixteen important questions about the complete BTG model.

These answers are adapted from the paper’s reader questions and the explanations throughout Parts I–IX.

What makes the Knowledge Capital Economy different?

Its distinguishing design is continuity between research, exact executable artifacts, knowledge preservation, lawful rights, actual customer utility and only appropriately authorized investment—not a claim to have invented data marketplaces or stock exchanges.

Is NIKI simply a chatbot?

It is engineered to create executable candidates, preserve failures, repair source, run bounded tests and retain evidence. Fluent text is never considered independent technical validation.

Are DataChips physical chips?

No. They are versioned digital software capabilities with declared interfaces, dependencies, tests, execution limits and rights.

Are Circuits electrical circuits?

No. They are typed execution graphs: a real software process with an explicit dataflow and a runtime that executes it.

Why are Circuit and Farm Genomes needed?

A Circuit Genome preserves an executable configuration; a Farm Genome preserves a reproducible logical research laboratory. Both complement normal code version control.

Is BTDU a chatbot or just a database?

Neither description is complete. BTDU preserves authoritative payloads and derivable semantic relationships, experiments and reconstruction context, subject to source permissions.

Does ENTITY establish legal ownership?

No. It records identities, claims, contracts and provenance. Only valid underlying legal rights confer ownership or licensing authority.

Why does BTG need ADAM?

ENTITY describes existing rights; ADAM checks a particular requested change against current authorization, version and restrictions.

Is a FarmNode a separate physical computer?

Not necessarily. It is a logical research laboratory. Multiple processes on one workstation do not constitute independent institutional hosts.

Must someone publish raw data to participate?

No. Public asset descriptions can be permitted while personal or proprietary sources stay protected, or a prohibited use can be refused.

Does a DCO number guarantee a market price?

No. Identifiers do not create scarcity, legal title, real customers or a price. Commercial value requires lawful utility and demand.

Does buying a licence mean owning shares?

No. A use licence, an assignment, a royalty contract and an issued security are distinct legal arrangements.

Does BTG require a speculative cryptocurrency?

No. The proposed commercial architecture contemplates fiat/approved settlement rails and signed evidence receipts, not a speculative general-purpose BTG payment coin.

Has the entire system commercially launched?

No. Internal component engineering is documented, but the fully independent multi-institution-to-customer-to-investment cycle and licensed public securities trading are not established as completed.

Why Grand Forks?

A rural centre can participate in computational research, technical verification, software development and contractual value creation if it can secure skills, infrastructure and qualified partnerships.

What can the public verify today?

The October 2026 whitepaper describes bounded local NIKI/Wasmtime/WSL2 tests, Circuit and reconstruction work and three local-worker deliveries. None should be presented as external certification, independent paying customer sales or issuance.

Primary-source explanation • development and consultation • not evidence of a live securities exchange

Is NIKI simply another chatbot?

No. NIKI is being engineered as a research and invention system that generates executable candidates, investigates failures and connects to independent tests, retained knowledge and reusable capabilities. It may use language models as components, but a fluent answer is not treated as a verified invention. The difference becomes measurable through actual working outputs and reproducible results.

Are DataChips physical chips?

No. They are digital software capabilities with defined behaviour, interfaces, versions, technical evidence and rights. They may ultimately run on physical processors or devices, but the economic unit is the qualified capability rather than a piece of silicon.

Is a Circuit an electrical circuit?

No. It is a connected assembly of software capabilities. A Circuit defines how the output of one DataChip becomes the input of another and how the complete process is executed and verified.

Why are Genomes needed when ordinary software has versions?

Ordinary version control preserves changes in source files. A Circuit Genome adds the complete structure of an executable assembly: its components, relationships, interface contracts, dependencies and reconstruction plan. A Farm Genome does something similar for an entire research laboratory. They are not replacements for Git; they are higher-level descriptions of how working systems are formed and evolved.

Is BTDU just a database or a large language model?

BTDU includes structured knowledge and authoritative content, but its purpose is broader than a single ordinary database or trained model. It retains source payloads, meaningful relationships, evidence history, reconstruction information and controls over who may use a given source. It helps NIKI and other systems work with traceable knowledge rather than pretending that a generated summary is the original fact.

Does ENTITY decide who legally owns information?

ENTITY records claims, supporting documents, identities, contracts and permissions and helps verify them. Legal ownership still depends on valid underlying rights and the appropriate laws and authorities. A valid digital signature proves something about a signed record, not automatically the truth of the legal claim inside it.

Why does BTG need ADAM as well as ENTITY?

ENTITY describes the principal, asset and relevant rights. ADAM is the controlled decision process that decides whether a particular requested state change is authorized at that moment and records the result. Knowing that a person has permission is different from permitting a specific action on a specific version under current rules.

Are computational farms thousands of computers owned by BTG?

Not necessarily. A FarmNode is a logical laboratory with its own identity, tools, rights, data and operating policy. It may use physical hardware controlled by BTG or another organization. A large network could include independently operated farms, subject to real trust and commercial arrangements. One workstation running several workers is a useful local development test but not proof of several independent institutional partners.

Must everyone release their raw data or source code?

No. Asset metadata and evidence can be discoverable while the underlying source remains private. A customer can sometimes buy a permitted calculation or execution service without receiving confidential training data or source code. Rights, privacy and data governance determine which arrangements are allowed.

Does a DataChip automatically have a market price?

No. It may have potential value, but commercial worth depends on legitimate rights, tested utility, actual customer demand, competition and cost. A technical identifier or computer-generated valuation does not create a real buyer or an enforceable economic entitlement.

Does purchasing a licence make someone a shareholder?

No. A commercial licence confers specified use rights. A share is a legally issued financial security with distinct rights and obligations. Contributor royalties are different again. The BTG architecture intentionally keeps them separate.

Is Bit Trade Global a cryptocurrency exchange?

That is not the controlling design. Fiat currency and approved settlement channels are used for real payments. Digital tokens or signed receipts can provide evidence of contracts or transactions without becoming a speculative general-purpose coin. Securities activity remains subject to its own rules.

Why is this relevant to a small community?

The creation of software and verifiable digital research is not confined to major metropolitan laboratories. With skilled people, suitable infrastructure and outside partners, a rural region can contribute valuable expertise and capabilities to national or international customers. The effect on jobs and local prosperity would depend on actual business performance and training, not merely the location of the company's headquarters.

Has everything described in this paper been commercially launched?

No. The work is active production-oriented engineering with documented local component experiments and an extensive interconnected architecture. The complete independent multi-institution research-to-customer-to- investment cycle is not presented here as an already settled commercial and regulated transaction. That distinction allows readers to understand the system being built without mistaking engineering specifications for independent financial or legal authorization.
