THE KNOWLEDGE CAPITAL ECONOMY

Knowledge and Data Assets within the Foundry

Illustrative BTG visual for knowledge-economy

Blackmore Technology Group is building the foundation for Bit Trade Global, a stock-market-style economy in which qualifying datasets, algorithms and inventions can be identified as assets, receive ticker symbols, be described by issuer and instrument disclosures, attract investment under legally structured instruments and develop market prices through trading. BTDU, ADAM, ENTITY, NIKI, DataChips, Genomes and FarmNodes form the research, reconstruction and authority infrastructure beneath the market. Trading a data-use licence is not the same as trading an investment security; both require genuine rights and applicable authorization.

DATA AS AN INVESTABLE ASSET CLASS

Why this economy is modeled on a stock exchange

Not only shares in a company

Traditional equity investors usually buy an interest in a business. The BTG proposal recognizes that an individual dataset, algorithm, invention or intellectual-property right can also be identified and evaluated as an economic asset.

Ticker symbols and price discovery

Bit Trade Global is engineered for issuer profiles, asset-level disclosures, ticker-bearing instruments, order books, bids, offers, holdings and trade records. Investors must know the exact legal interest, not just the potential usefulness of the data.

Creation, ownership and return

NIKI, FarmNodes, DataChips, Genomes and BTDU support knowledge production and reconstruction. ENTITY and ADAM support provenance and governed rights. Lawful contracts and authorized markets—not software alone—establish entitlement to income or investment returns.

Potential economic value is not a guarantee of liquidity, investment return, legal title or approval. See the stock-market model in detail →

FROM DATA AS BUSINESS INPUT TO DATA AS AN INVESTMENT THESIS

The asset comes first. A share-like financial offering can follow.

OLD COMPANY-FIRST ECONOMICS

An existing company gathers data and commercializes it. Investors normally gain exposure only through the company's shares; the individual dataset often has no independently disclosed market-facing identity.

BTG'S ASSET-FIRST STRUCTURE

Identify an economically valuable, rights-verified dataset or invention. A dedicated issuer could hold lawful rights to commercialize it and offer shares whose business prospects depend substantially on that asset's future usefulness and demand.

TWO PRICES, TWO PURPOSES

Commercial users may pay for licensed access. Investors may buy lawfully issued financial securities tied to an asset-focused issuer, with separate offering and later market prices. Neither price automatically equals the underlying dataset's appraisal.

The reference legal design for DCO-000001 illustrates a hypothetical 100,000 ordinary participating shares at C$1 each. This is an example of share-capital mechanics, not a current offer, verified valuation or available investment. Read investment instrument terms and disclosures →

THE KNOWLEDGE CAPITAL ECONOMY

Section 01 / 05

The problem with knowledge trapped inside company boundaries

A software team may create an excellent calculation that remains invisible as one function in a large application. A research laboratory can discover a useful method yet lose the exact inputs, negative results and dependencies needed to recreate it. An industrial owner may hold valuable records but have no lawful way to share them beyond its own site. Treating the whole organization as the only commercial subject can hide the individual work that creates value.

The BTG proposition is to describe the useful result independently of the company: what it computes, which problem it solves, how it was reproduced, what source restrictions apply and whether a customer can lawfully obtain a specific benefit. This does not transfer the owner’s title to a new registry by magic; contracts and law remain the source of authority.

Section 02 / 05

Invention is only the first stage

NIKI CGSI-SI and Computational FarmNodes are the research part of the architecture. NIKI can develop executable candidates and investigate failed results under a bounded mandate, while an independent evaluator must determine what a specific output actually proves. A research lab retains failures rather than concealing them because an unsuccessful test may prevent repeated expense or expose an important limitation.

BTDU preserves original knowledge records, versions and their semantic relationships. Reconstructable DataChips, Circuits and Circuit Genomes allow a tested method to be reused by a permitted application without requiring a customer to purchase an entire software platform or receive confidential training material.

Section 03 / 05

Rights and authority make the asset commercially legible

A versioned asset identifier is not sufficient to grant commercial permission. ENTITY records provenance and supporting rights documents; the Rights Passport explains specific allowed uses and restrictions; ADAM checks requested state changes against authorization. The Universal Transaction Fabric links event records, and Verifiable Reality keeps internal tests, independent findings, legal agreements and external payments distinguishable.

For an industrial fault prediction method, a valid customer licence could permit one-year execution on specified equipment without allowing redistribution of source code. A contributor might receive a contractual share of qualifying receipts. A financing arrangement for the business commercializing the asset would have a separate issuer, legal structure and investment terms.

Section 04 / 05

The seven transformations reinforce each other only when real

The architecture connects continuous invention, modular software capabilities, portable rights, durable knowledge, asset-first enterprise, documented contributor participation and reinvestment into further research. Each link has an empirical or legal requirement: code must work, source permissions must exist, buyers must value the result, real funds must arrive, and legitimate allocations must be reconciled.

Reusing a component can save time but also creates support, verification and licensing costs. If those costs exceed the benefit, there is no compounding economic advantage. Internal research events, simulated trades and asset estimates do not become genuine commercial demand simply because the same platform can record them.

Section 05 / 05

What the public should be able to verify

Readers should be able to trace a claim to a particular source or evaluation, identify the governing rights, see what is available and distinguish a proposed market instrument from a lawfully issued one. Detailed examples can make the concept accessible, but asset prices, customer relationships, subscriptions and securities authorizations require actual supporting records.

The 2026 whitepaper documents a bounded NIKI algorithm repair and a wider architecture in active development. Its larger commercial, cross-institutional and regulated market objectives require separate future evidence. Keeping those distinctions visible makes the economic thesis reviewable rather than merely promotional.

What the records must establish
