Transformation One: from AI assistance to distributed invention
Artificial intelligence is often sold as a tool that answers questions or accelerates existing work. NIKI and the FarmNode network take a different approach by connecting the generation of candidate inventions to testing, correction, persistent knowledge and later economic use. One laboratory can investigate a problem while another independently challenges the result. A qualified capability can become useful far beyond the organization in which it originated.
The large economic possibility is cumulative productivity: one validated invention reduces the effort needed for the next. The important quantity is not the number of AI messages produced, but the number of unfamiliar, useful methods independently established relative to the full cost of getting them there.
