BLACKMORE PRODUCT ECOSYSTEM

APPLICATION INTELLIGENCE.
SHARED FOUNDATIONS.

Blackmore develops software-first applications for field intelligence, search and rescue, trail navigation and location-aware spatial experiences—built on bounded reasoning, authorized knowledge and persistent spatial context.

NIKI / ADAM / BSIE / APPLICATION-SPECIFIC INTELLIGENCE

INTELLIGENCE ARCHITECTURE

NIKI. ADAM. BSIE.

SPATIAL + WORLD AUTHORITY

BSIE

BSIE provides localization, terrain, trails, water, structures, vegetation, world entities, anchors, occlusion and persistent spatial context.

EVIDENCE + KNOWLEDGE AUTHORITY

ADAM

ADAM preserves factual knowledge, evidence relationships and provenance, providing authorized context to the orchestration layer.

BOUNDED REASONING + ORCHESTRATION

NIKI

NIKI receives normalized, permissioned context and provides bounded reasoning, orchestration, uncertainty-aware outputs and continuity.

Applications retain ownership of their specialized models, workflows, observations and private data. Raw camera processing remains inside each application, ARCore/ARKit and the embedded BSIE path.

APPLICATION-SPECIFIC INTELLIGENCE

ONE PLATFORM.
FOUR DISTINCT APPLICATIONS.

STATUS: R&D / FIELD VALIDATION

HUNTAR

A decision-support application for field specialists. HuntAR provides localized terrain reasoning, spatial anchors, and persistent trail context for high-consequence field operations.

• Bounded Spatial Reasoning

• Authorized Knowledge Integration

• Terrain + Trail Orchestration

• Evidence Persistence

STATUS: DEVELOPMENT

HIKEAR

A hiking and trail application designed around route guidance, trail-condition evaluation and permissioned field observations using BSIE terrain and trail context.

• Spatial Trail Navigation

• Bounded Terrain Evaluation

• Condition Observation Logging

• Authorized Route Sharing

STATUS: ALPHA DEVELOPMENT

SEARCHAR

A search-and-rescue decision-support application. SearchAR owns lost-person behaviour models, search-probability reasoning, incident authority, team coordination and clue workflows.

• Search Probability Reasoning

• Clue Evidence Relationships

• Team Coordination Context

• Uncertainty-Aware Field Outputs

STATUS: CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

SHOWAR

A spatial-entertainment concept for location-aware experiences, scene choreography, music timing and visual effects using BSIE surfaces, anchors, occlusion and persistent world state.

• Persistent Scene Choreography

• Spatial Music Timing

• Surface Occlusion Logic

• Persistent World State Ties

CONTROLLED PLATFORM INTEGRATION

BUILDING ON THE BLACKMORE ARCHITECTURE

INTERNAL + AUTHORIZED PARTNER DEVELOPMENT

Application Adapters

Facilitating secure data exchange between specialized applications and shared platform foundations.

Scoped Authorization

Granular control over data access and resource utilization within defined operational boundaries.

Uncertainty-Aware Output

Intelligence delivery that includes confidence metrics for more accurate operational decision support.

Normalized Context

Standardized spatial and intelligence inputs for consistent cross-application processing.

Evidence + Provenance

Cryptographically bound tracking of source, processing, and authorization history for all data.

Permissioned Actions

Control mechanism ensuring only authorized interactions occur within the spatial environment.

The Blackmore platform is not currently offered as an unrestricted public SDK. Integration access, technical contracts and partner programs remain controlled and subject to qualification.

RESPONSIBLE DEVELOPMENT

SOFTWARE-FIRST. EVIDENCE-LED.

Blackmore architecture is built on formal verification and evidence-led development principles to ensure operational safety and authorized data sovereignty.

Field Qualification
Model Qualification
Privacy + Control

Rigorous field validation in real-world mountain, forest and search-and-rescue environments to verify spatial reasoning performance.

Independent auditing of behavioral models and intelligence boundaries to prevent hallucination and unauthorized action.

Application-specific data isolation and strict hardware-level context permissions to preserve sovereignty over authorized knowledge.

WHAT BLACKMORE DOES NOT CLAIM

Blackmore does not claim artificial general intelligence, autonomy beyond authorized operations, or field-certified deployment status for alpha-stage products. All platform capabilities are bounded by human-authorized intelligence governance and formal evidence relationships.
